Wasn't the ASL going to do a reprinting of this one a while ago? According to Simpson's webpage, it was in "galley proofs" way back in 2005. What happened?
I tried to vote for this, but it said: cannot process request
I asked the ASL about this book. They said that they have been waiting for some years now for Simpson to submit the corrected version of the second edition of his book. I wrote to Simpson asking him when he was planning to submit the corrected version, but did not receive a reply.
Amazon now lists this book as available for pre-order, with an expected release date of April 30, 2009.
