Hey there's this place called amazon. Apparently you can buy a book or two there if only you look.
This book is in print.
These books are in print. But anyway I believe these two volumes are profoundly flawed in the way they present very important material, relevant to combinatoricians as well as to most mathematicians.
Volume 2 is NOT in print!
