DVW (Deutscher Verlag der Wiss.) The book has been out-of-print for a long time and there are no used copies for sale at the usual sites (Bookfinder, abebooks, alibri, amazon, etc.)

Any reprint should note the error: Haberland implicitly assumes that for any finite set of primes S of a number field K and prime number p, there exist extensions of K unramified outside S divisible by arbitrarily high powers of p. This is not known (and may not even be true).
